About the role
Medical Sales Representative
Grohe Pharmaceutical is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell pharmaceutical products across hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, HMOs, and healthcare facilities in Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Grohe Pharmaceutical products to hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, HMOs, and healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, procurement officers, and distributors
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and grow market share within assigned territories
- Conduct product presentations and detailing sessions for healthcare professionals
- Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and market trends
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Ensure timely collections and maintain excellent customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1–3 years experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and healthcare landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned territories effectively
- Valid driver's licence is an added advantage
