Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist

HFN Investments is seeking a mid-level Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist to join their team in Lekki, Lagos on a hybrid basis. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting quality candidates for senior and niche roles with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt candidates for senior and niche positions
• Screen and shortlist quality candidates
• Manage strategic hiring initiatives independently

Requirements

• Mid-level recruitment experience
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills for senior and niche roles
• Experience screening and shortlisting quality candidates
• Ability to manage strategic hiring with minimal supervision
• Experience in construction, real estate, or engineering recruitment (advantageous)

Salary

₦300,000–₦500,000 monthly

Employment Type

Full-time (3 months with possible extension)
