About the role

Hospital Marketing Executive

Lagos Executive Cardiovascular Centre is seeking an experienced Hospital Marketing Executive to drive patient traffic across specialties and build partnerships with health insurance companies (HMOs) and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive patient traffic to hospital specialties (cardiology, neurology, endocrinology, etc.)
  • Identify target markets and segments; attract new patients via digital and traditional channels
  • Build patient relationships and foster loyalty through follow-up strategies
  • Work with health insurance companies and HMOs to establish and maintain partnerships
  • Negotiate new insurance partnerships and coordinate with finance/operations on patient onboarding and billing
  • Promote hospital brand and services through digital platforms, social media, traditional advertising, and PR
  • Organize and participate in marketing events (health fairs, seminars, corporate programs)
  • Create promotional materials (brochures, flyers, newsletters)
  • Track and analyze patient acquisition metrics and marketing performance
  • Provide regular reports to management on initiatives, patient traffic, and partnership growth
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of healthcare marketing experience with proven track record in patient acquisition and insurance partnerships
  • Strong understanding of healthcare marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Knowledge of Nigerian healthcare industry and familiarity with local insurance companies/HMOs (advantageous)
