Senior IT Officer

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Officer to manage and support IT infrastructure projects, network operations, and emerging technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver IT infrastructure and network projects.
• Implement and support SD-WAN, LAN/WLAN, and Huawei network infrastructure.
• Coordinate network modernization and infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of new and emerging IT infrastructure technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure/network operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with SD-WAN, Huawei, LAN/WLAN, and network modernization.
• Strong project management and troubleshooting skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Huawei, or PMP are an advantage.
