3D Animator

We are seeking a skilled 3D Animator to create compelling visual content using Blender. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of animation principles and camera dynamics to bring stories and concepts to life. Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D animations using Blender for various projects including marketing, storytelling, or product visualization
• Design and implement dynamic camera movements that enhance narrative flow and viewer engagement
• Collaborate with creative teams to interpret storyboards and translate them into animated sequences
• Optimize animation rigs and scenes for performance and rendering efficiency
• Revise animations based on feedback from directors or project leads
• Ensure consistency in style, timing, and quality across all animated assets Requirements:
• Proficiency in Blender for modeling, rigging, animating, and rendering
• Strong understanding of camera movement techniques and cinematography principles
• Solid foundation in animation fundamentals such as timing, spacing, and weight
• Experience working in a full-time, collaborative production environment
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines
