Sales Executive - Rivers
Money in Minutes is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to identify, engage, and onboard medium to large organisations onto the WageX platform. You will build relationships with HR leaders, Finance executives, and business decision-makers, present the value proposition, and convert prospects into long-term corporate partners.
This role offers uncapped commission potential and is ideal for self-driven B2B sales professionals who thrive on relationship building and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new corporate clients within your assigned territory
- Build relationships with HR, Finance, and Executive decision-makers
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of the WageX solution
- Generate qualified sales opportunities and manage them through the sales pipeline
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates
- Consistently achieve monthly business development targets
- Represent the MIM Finance and WageX brands professionally
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B or corporate sales
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
- Experience selling financial services, fintech, HR solutions, payroll services, insurance, or enterprise solutions
- Existing relationships with corporate organizations
