About the role

Van Sales Representative

Nimojen Group Limited is recruiting a Van Sales Representative to drive product sales and ensure availability across assigned retail and wholesale outlets in Lagos.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in route planning and strictly adhere to assigned routes
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date customer database with names, contact persons, addresses, and phone numbers
  • Sell company products to existing and prospective wholesale and retail customers
  • Accurately capture sales transactions using company SFA devices
  • Maintain full accountability for assigned stock
  • Report customer feedback, complaints, and market intelligence to management
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives within assigned territory
  • Execute merchandising and product display activities to enhance brand visibility
  • Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of company vehicles and products

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: FSLC, SSCE, JSCE, NABTEB, ND, NCE, OND, B.Sc, B.Ed, or B.Tech (any discipline)
  • Fluent in English and at least one local language
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience
  • Valid driver's license and LASDRI certification required
  • Age: 20–30 years
  • Knowledge of Lagos State routes and markets (preferred)
