Country Representative

An international digital healthcare education company is seeking a highly motivated Country Representative to support its expansion across Nigeria. You will identify and develop new partnership opportunities with medical schools, nursing schools, universities, teaching hospitals, and healthcare institutions while representing innovative digital learning solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities
• Arrange meetings with institutional decision-makers
• Support presentations, demonstrations, and stakeholder engagements
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, hospitals, and healthcare organizations
• Conduct market intelligence and opportunity mapping
• Maintain accurate activity reports and records
• Support proposal development and contract discussions
• Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and professional events

Requirements:

• University degree
• 3 years of experience in healthcare, medical education, nursing education, higher education, digital learning/EdTech, pharmaceuticals, business development, or international development projects
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Ambitious and professional with eagerness to grow into a leadership role
