Sales Executive

We are seeking a smart, confident, and results-driven Female Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication and relationship management skills, and have a proven ability to identify business opportunities and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Present and promote the company's products and services to clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records.
• Attend client meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events as required.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Provide regular sales reports and market intelligence to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate sales.
• Experience selling technology, software, cybersecurity, consulting, or professional services will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage.
