Telesales Agent

Pefai is seeking motivated healthcare professionals to join their sales team as Telesales Agents. This role offers the opportunity to turn healthcare experience into extra income, earn commissions, and build sales and entrepreneurial skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via telephone to promote and sell Pefai's products or services.
• Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Must be a Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Nurse, Medical Laboratory Scientist, or Biological/Medical Sciences graduate
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Motivated to improve sales and customer skills
• Good communication skills

Salary

• Onsite (Abuja): ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 monthly
• Remote: 25% weekly commission based on sales recovery
