Business Development & Growth Officer

Role Overview

The Business Development & Growth Officer will act as the bridge between marketing efforts and revenue generation. This role involves managing social media presence, converting digital leads into enrolled students, and executing growth strategies for educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion & Enrollment Management: Act as the first point of contact for inquiries from sponsored ads, social media DMs, WhatsApp, and website forms; manage the lead pipeline from inquiry to paid enrollment; maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule with prospects.
• Social Media & Community Engagement: Ensure daily activity on social media platforms with engaging content; respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
• Business Development & Revenue Growth: Market and fill slots for specialized programs like the Weekend Library Program; spearhead sales of school publications and learning resources; brainstorm and present new business opportunities.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Success, or Business Development (education or training sector experience is a plus).
• Highly proficient with WhatsApp Business (labels, quick replies, catalogs) and major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; persuasive, warm, professional, and skilled at overcoming objections from parents.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and driven by targets.

Salary

Competitive base salary with uncapped commission on every successful school admission, weekend library registration, and resource sale.
