About the role

We're looking for a professional, organized Office Assistant to keep things running smoothly by handling admin and clerical duties while giving clients a great first impression.

Responsibilities

  • Reception & Customer Service: Welcome visitors, answer calls, manage inquiries, schedule appointments
  • Admin & Clerical: File documents, data entry, prepare reports, manage office supplies
  • Handle mail/parcels, maintain visitor log, coordinate meeting rooms
  • Support management with daily admin tasks and ensure office runs efficiently

Requirements

  • OND/HND/BSc in any discipline
  • 2 years experience in front desk, admin, or customer service roles preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong communication skills, neat appearance, and customer-focused attitude
  • Competent in handling administrative and clerical functions with attention to detail

Salary ₦150,000/month
