A Marketer is responsible for driving sales by setting goals, developing strategies, and implementing them to meet and exceed monthly targets. They also provide accurate product information, monitor market trends, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by setting goals, developing sales strategies and implementing them so as to meet and exceed monthly target
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding our products, pricing, delivery options, and after-sales services.
• Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in a related field.
• Must be computer literate
• Must reside in Asaba
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG Company
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
• Goal-oriented mindset and a driven personality
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to conquer your territory and beyond as well as push in new products in the market.
• Ability to acquire new customers as well as maintain existing customers
• Ability to market new products.
• Ability to discover new markets and market trends.
