SME Executive

Bosak Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking a results-driven SME Executive to drive customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, business growth and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to acquire new customers and grow the client base.
• Drive deposit mobilization and retain individual and corporate customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and promote the Bank’s financial products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Promote savings, investment and loan products.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Achieve SME targets through customer acquisition, loan disbursement and portfolio management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
• 2–5 years’ experience in business development, marketing or sales, preferably in financial services.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of financial products, particularly deposits and loans.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and business development skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Salary ₦150,000–₦200,000 monthly
