Invitation to Bid (ITB) Framework Agreement for Vehicle Rental Services / Framework Agreement (FWA) for the Provision of Conference Facilities and Catering Services
GISCOR is seeking qualified vendors to establish a framework agreement for the provision of vehicle rental services and conference facilities with catering services. This includes providing transportation solutions for humanitarian and development operations in Northeast and Northwest Nigeria, as well as conference and catering services.
Responsibilities
- Provide vehicles such as sedans, SUVs, Hilux, buses, vans, cargo trucks, and drivers where required.
- Ensure vehicles are insured, licensed, and roadworthy for field deployment, monitoring visits, logistics support, assessments, and emergency response activities.
- Submit technical and financial proposals separately, with all documents signed and stamped by an authorized representative.
- Demonstrate administrative and technical compliance with GISCOR's requirements.
- Participate in financial evaluation based on competitive and realistic pricing.
Requirements
- Bidders must be legally registered and possess relevant experience.
- Maintain adequate fleet capacity and demonstrate operational capability.
- Submit completed bid submission form, financial offer form, vendor declaration form, code of conduct, and registration form.
- Provide evidence of company profile, three similar contracts, vehicle inventory, insurance coverage, roadworthiness certificates, and qualified drivers.
- Confirm readiness to respond to emergencies and replace vehicles within 24 hours.
