Sales Representatives / Merchandiser

We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven sales representative/merchandiser to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our range of food ingredients and edible oil products.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and merchandise products across assigned retail outlets to maximize sales and brand visibility
• Ensure shelves are properly stocked, products are attractively displayed, and promotional materials are implemented according to company standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts
• Collaborate with production and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets

Requirements:

• OND in marketing, business administration, food science, or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to travel as required
• 2 years of work experience
• English language proficiency

Salary: NGN 130,000 - 180,000 Monthly
