Biomedical Engineering Services Growth Solution Specialist (Sales)

Medcourt Support Services Limited (MSS) is hiring a commercially driven specialist to drive growth in biomedical engineering services across healthcare institutions in Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for biomedical engineering services
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals and healthcare facilities
• Build relationships with hospital administrators, biomedical engineers, procurement teams, and clinical stakeholders
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and service agreements
• Conduct contract negotiations and closure
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts
• Consistently meet and exceed allocated sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience in healthcare, medical equipment, biomedical engineering services, or related sectors
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and medical technology environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets

Salary

Competitive Base Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 monthly + Attractive Commission on Deals Closed + Performance Incentives + 13th Month + HMO + Other Benefits
