A Business Development and Marketing Officer is responsible for driving business growth through effective marketing strategies, lead generation, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Economics, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related role.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, acquire clients, and drive revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, and market research.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet assigned targets.
