Executive Marketer – Fieldco

Fieldco is seeking an experienced Executive Marketer to drive lead generation, build client relationships, and support sales growth through strategic marketing initiatives and campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct market research and identify business opportunities
• Manage social media and marketing content
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
• Collaborate with sales and other teams to achieve business targets

Requirements

• 2–5 years' relevant marketing experience with proven lead generation and sales support capability
• B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
• Real estate marketing experience is an advantage
