Medical Sales Representative - Lagos

KCH Consumer Healthcare Limited is seeking a motivated Medical Sales Representative to promote their products in the healthcare sector. The role involves building relationships with medical professionals, organizing presentations, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Arrange appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams.
• Make presentations to healthcare professionals in the retail sector.
• Organize conferences for doctors and other medical staff.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and support administrative staff.
• Keep detailed records of all client contacts.
• Win new customers and develop long-term relationships with existing ones.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by regularly monitoring business plans.
• Keep up to date with the latest clinical data and present it to health professionals.
• Analyze sales data to improve results and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor competitor activity and products.
• Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.
• Stay informed about the activities of the health services sector.
• Maintain a professional appearance and be able to travel frequently.

Requirements

• A graduate with a degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting sales and debt collection targets.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and FMCG industry.
• Must be a resident of Lagos.
• Possession of a valid driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience is an added advantage.
