Marketing & Growth Manager
Jobberman Nigeria Recruitment is seeking a highly driven Marketing & Growth Manager to lead the company's marketing, brand growth, lead generation, and customer acquisition efforts for a luxury travel company. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, generate qualified travel inquiries, and support revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Increase brand awareness across digital platforms and strengthen positioning in the luxury travel market
- Create and manage monthly content calendars; develop engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Design, edit, and publish reels, videos, stories, carousels, graphics, and promotional materials
- Research luxury hotels, resorts, destinations, airlines, cruises, and travel experiences; monitor industry trends and competitor activity
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns; build and optimize marketing funnels using social media, email marketing, and WhatsApp
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns; manage advertising budgets efficiently
- Identify and engage relevant influencers, creators, and strategic partners for collaborations
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics; prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Requirements
- Minimum HND qualification
- 3 years of mid-level experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or growth marketing
- Proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and related marketing tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of growth initiatives
- Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or luxury industry is an advantage
