About the role

As a Sales Executive at Money in Minutes, you will identify, engage, and onboard medium to large organisations onto the WageX platform. You'll build relationships with HR leaders, Finance executives, and business decision-makers, presenting the value of WageX and converting prospects into long-term corporate partners. This role offers uncapped commissions for experienced B2B sales professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new corporate clients within your assigned territory
  • Build relationships with HR, Finance, and Executive decision-makers
  • Present and demonstrate the benefits of the WageX solution
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities and manage them through the sales pipeline
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates
  • Consistently achieve monthly business development targets
  • Represent the MIM Finance and WageX brands professionally

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B or corporate sales
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience selling financial services, fintech, HR solutions, payroll services, insurance, or other enterprise solutions (highly desirable)
  • Existing relationships with corporate organisations (added advantage)
