Area Sales Manager (ASM) - Dry Hair

Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth for our Dry Hair product category in Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and grow market share
• Manage distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Lead and support the sales team to deliver business objectives
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5 years' sales experience in FMCG, beauty, personal care, or hair care
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
