Solar Energy Engineer

Solar Inverter Production is hiring an experienced Solar Energy Engineer to oversee assembly, testing, and quality control of power inverters in our fast-growing renewable energy manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end assembly operations including wiring, casing, and final functional testing
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to reduce cycle time and improve efficiency using Kaizen and Six Sigma techniques
• Ensure products meet quality standards and manage line audits to minimize defects and rework
• Provide on-site technical guidance, troubleshoot inverter test failures, and manage equipment calibration
• Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs), test reports, and support new product introduction and ramp-up
• Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, and quality departments for equipment and materials

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: OND or SSCE in relevant technical field
• Ability to multitask
• Fluent communication skills
• Must reside close to the work location (Fagba, Agege, Lagos)
• Strong problem-solving skills

Salary N120,000 monthly + performance benefits

Work Schedule Monday - Friday
