Oversees the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness and presentation standards. Responsible for staff supervision, inventory control, maintenance reporting, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet hotel standards.
• Monitor linen, supplies, and cleaning materials usage.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up on resolution.
• Ensure proper handling of lost and found items.
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with other departments like Front Office and Maintenance.
• Prepare daily reports and document operational matters.
• Respond to guest complaints and requests.

Salary N100,000 / month.
