Customer Service Representative (NYSC)

About the Role Myafrimall Logistics Limited is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Akure branch. This is an NYSC service-year placement opportunity for corps members posted to Akure or nearby areas.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Manage multiple tasks while working with minimal supervision
  • Utilize communication tools including WhatsApp Business and Microsoft Office applications

Requirements

  • Must be a serving NYSC corps member posted to Akure or nearby axis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused, professional, and well-presented
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
  • Must be ready to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Residence within or close to the Alagbaka / Oba-Ile axis is an added advantage
