Customer Service Representative (NYSC)
About the Role Myafrimall Logistics Limited is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Akure branch. This is an NYSC service-year placement opportunity for corps members posted to Akure or nearby areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Manage multiple tasks while working with minimal supervision
- Utilize communication tools including WhatsApp Business and Microsoft Office applications
Requirements
- Must be a serving NYSC corps member posted to Akure or nearby axis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, professional, and well-presented
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
- Must be ready to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Residence within or close to the Alagbaka / Oba-Ile axis is an added advantage
