Operations Manager

Respected Solutions is seeking an experienced, results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and improve day-to-day operations ensuring operational efficiency, implementing effective processes, managing resources, and supporting organisational goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the organisation
• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and procedures
• Monitor operational performance and identify improvement areas
• Ensure efficient utilisation of company resources
• Coordinate activities across departments for smooth operations
• Prepare operational reports for management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Identify operational risks and develop solutions
• Support implementation of business strategies and initiatives
• Monitor staff productivity and support operational targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum of 4–6 years' relevant experience in operations or business management
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to develop and implement efficient operational processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience in finance or fintech is an added advantage

Salary ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 monthly
