Seafood Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Seafood Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a dynamic team in our Abuja establishment. This is a full-time role ideal for a passionate hospitality professional with strong seafood preparation expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant's daily operations
• Train, supervise, and evaluate restaurant staff
• Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve complaints
• Monitor the quality, freshness, storage, and preparation of seafood products
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Manage inventory of seafood, beverages, and restaurant supplies
• Coordinate with seafood suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and product quality
• Prepare staff schedules and manage labor costs
• Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability
• Develop and implement promotional activities to increase sales
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment
• Prepare operational and financial reports for management

Requirements

• Ability to prepare various seafoods (mandatory)
