Sales and Marketing Officer

Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a Sales and Marketing Officer to drive healthcare service sales, build brand awareness, and achieve revenue targets through strategic marketing and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans for business segments
• Execute online marketing strategies and create engaging digital content
• Identify new sales opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, referrals, and social media
• Conduct face-to-face business development meetings with physicians, practice managers, and corporate organizations
• Follow up with prospective clients and partners to secure and maintain business relationships
• Manage strategic marketing and communication initiatives
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns for healthcare services
• Develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and promotional content
• Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, consultants, corporate organizations, and community leaders
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations
• Maintain accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
• Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Healthcare Management, Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 3–4 years' experience in healthcare sales and marketing
• Professional certification in Marketing or Sales (preferred)
