Gender Lead

The Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) at Pan Atlantic University is seeking a Gender Lead to support the NiWEMA Scale-Up Programme. This role will focus on integrating gender considerations into all aspects of the program and ensuring inclusive practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to promote gender equality within the programme.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure gender-responsive programming.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of gender initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in gender mainstreaming or related field.
• Proven experience in program design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of gender issues in development contexts.
