Direct Sales Executive (DSA)

We are hiring a Direct Sales Executive for our banking sector operations. This is a target-driven role perfect for ambitious sales professionals looking to build their career in financial services.

Responsibilities:

• Drive direct sales and customer acquisition in assigned territory
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Achieve sales targets consistently
• Present financial products/services to prospects
• Work independently to meet business objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 0–2 years of field sales or marketing experience in financial or service-based organization
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
• Resilient and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Salary: N199,000 monthly
