Sales Executive – Aluminium PU/PIR Panels

We are seeking experienced and results-oriented Sales Executives to drive business development and sales for our newly established Aluminium PU/PIR Sandwich Panel Plant. The ideal candidates will possess strong industry knowledge, an established customer network, and a proven ability to generate sales within the building materials and construction sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers within the construction, industrial, cold room, roofing, and building materials sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, distributors, and key decision-makers.
• Promote and sell Aluminium PU/PIR Sandwich Panels and related products.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' sales experience within the building materials or construction products industry.
• Proven experience selling Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP), Sandwich Panels, Roofing Products, Insulation Materials, Steel Products, or related construction materials.
• Strong network within the construction and industrial sectors.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
