Customer Service Representative

Luxsit Integration Limited is a smart home solution company seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lagos. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support across multiple channels while managing a team of junior representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products to answer customer questions accurately
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Manage and supervise a team of junior customer service representatives
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
