Customer Service Representative
Luxsit Integration Limited is a smart home solution company seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lagos. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support across multiple channels while managing a team of junior representatives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products to answer customer questions accurately
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Manage and supervise a team of junior customer service representatives
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
