Strides Agency Ltd is seeking highly motivated Marketing Staff to drive aggressive market penetration and client acquisition through multi-channel marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and meet/exceed marketing targets
• Identify prospective customers and promote company products and services
• Register and convert leads to business transactions on company products
• Generate investment from private, public individuals, and corporate entities
• Approach customers to win new business and strengthen relationships
• Conduct market research and brand awareness campaigns
• Open new accounts and maintain day-to-day record keeping
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Fully implement marketing strategies and programs laid out by the company
• Execute assigned duties as directed

Requirements

• BSc/HND in any related field
• Proven experience in marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have
