About the role
Human Resources and Administrative Officer
White Soul Group is seeking a Human Resources and Administrative Officer to manage HR operations, personnel records, payroll coordination, and employee administration.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update physical and digital personnel records (employment forms, contracts, PTO requests)
- Update internal databases with new employee information
- Gather and prepare payroll data for admin personnel and drivers
- Prepare HR reports and presentations on hires, staff exits, recruitment, and employee engagement
- Handle all aspects of driver and staff recruitment (advertising, applications, interviews, verification, reference checks, offer letters)
- Coordinate employee onboarding and performance management processes
- Respond to employee inquiries about benefits and company policies
- Drive implementation of employee benefits (HMO, pensions, enrolments)
- Assist with design, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Manage punctuality and attendance, recommending and enforcing sanctions
- Organize company personnel records and documentation
- Manage HR databases (new hires, terminations, leaves, warnings, vacation)
- Draft contracts and agreements as required
- Help organize and manage employee orientation and training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree qualification
- 3–8 years of work experience
