About the role

Human Resources and Administrative Officer

White Soul Group is seeking a Human Resources and Administrative Officer to manage HR operations, personnel records, payroll coordination, and employee administration.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update physical and digital personnel records (employment forms, contracts, PTO requests)
  • Update internal databases with new employee information
  • Gather and prepare payroll data for admin personnel and drivers
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations on hires, staff exits, recruitment, and employee engagement
  • Handle all aspects of driver and staff recruitment (advertising, applications, interviews, verification, reference checks, offer letters)
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and performance management processes
  • Respond to employee inquiries about benefits and company policies
  • Drive implementation of employee benefits (HMO, pensions, enrolments)
  • Assist with design, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Manage punctuality and attendance, recommending and enforcing sanctions
  • Organize company personnel records and documentation
  • Manage HR databases (new hires, terminations, leaves, warnings, vacation)
  • Draft contracts and agreements as required
  • Help organize and manage employee orientation and training programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree qualification
  • 3–8 years of work experience
