Marketer

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Marketer to contribute to lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, converting leads into sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies that align with the company's sales and revenue targets.
• Generate and convert leads into paying customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Attend to showroom, WhatsApp, social media, and telephone enquiries.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products.
• Develop new B2B opportunities with interior designers, architects, developers, hotels, offices, and corporate organizations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with production and logistics.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Professional marketing certification is an advantage.
• 2–4 years' experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Experience in furniture, interior design, construction, real estate, or a related industry is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Confident in meeting clients and carrying out field marketing.
• Target-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good follow-up and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or sales management software is an advantage.
• Must be proactive, presentable, and results-oriented.

Salary

• ₦200,000 monthly base salary + performance-based commission
