Senior Human Resources Business Partner

CapitalSage Holdings is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to drive talent strategy and organizational development across our Fintech, Investment, and Enterprise business lines.

Responsibilities

• Bridge people strategy with growth objectives across multiple business units
• Lead high-level technical and commercial recruitment initiatives
• Advise senior leadership on HR strategy and organizational design
• Drive data-backed HR initiatives and performance management
• Shape organizational culture in a fast-paced, multi-subsidiary environment

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience (minimum 3+ years as an HRBP)
• Proven track record in Fintech, FMCG, or Conglomerate environments
• Expert knowledge of technical recruitment and performance management
• Strong understanding of Nigerian labor law
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
• Onsite availability in Lagos/Ibadan
