About the role
Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for product visibility, shelf management, and brand representation in retail outlets across the Western region.
Responsibilities
- Ensure products are properly displayed, stocked and priced in stores
- Monitor stock levels and report gaps
- Build good relationships with store managers
- Submit daily/weekly merchandising reports
- Supervise and coordinate a team of merchandizers
- Manage key accounts and resolve store issues
- Drive sales targets and promo execution
- Report market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- OND/ HND/BSc. 3-5 years merchandising/field sales experience.
- Team leadership experience required.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be resident in the Western region
- Smart, presentable, and self-driven
- Android phone for reporting
