Medical Sales Representative

Nkoyo Pharma is hiring sales-oriented professionals to build customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and expand the company's market presence across assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster customer relationships within assigned territory
• Achieve daily sales targets for company products
• Meet and exceed overall sales targets
• Identify and recruit new customers
• Grow sales within existing customer base
• Implement promotional and marketing activities
• Submit timely reports on sales activities, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Adhere to company sales strategy and maintain high standards

Requirements

• BSc Degree in Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related science courses
• Minimum 2 years working experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good business acumen and analytical thinking
• Integrity, trustworthiness, and responsibility
• Strong interpersonal and customer development skills
