Sales Executive – FMCG

Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets in the FMCG sector.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, and social selling
• Identify prospective customers and convert leads into paying clients
• Conduct client needs assessments and deliver compelling product presentations
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain accurate records using CRM software
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Collaborate with other departments for customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: OND, HND, or B.Sc.
• Previous sales, business development, or customer relationship management experience (preferred)
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer engagement
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• CRM software experience (preferred)
• Preferred Age: 20–30 years
