Sales & Marketing Executive

Shoelab NG is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, generate leads, and develop strategic partnerships in Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility
• Generate and convert leads into paying customers
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and partners
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Assist with promotional campaigns, events, and activations
• Track and report marketing performance metrics
• Collaborate with the social media and customer service teams
• Support revenue growth initiatives and sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of generating sales growth
• Ability to meet targets and work independently
• Good understanding of digital marketing and customer acquisition

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, service-based businesses, or consumer brands

Salary

₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month
