Sales Executive

Walexbiz Group is hiring a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research
• Generate leads and convert them into paying customers
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions
• Present, demonstrate, and promote company products or services to clients
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients
• Close sales deals effectively and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
• Update CRM or sales systems with relevant data

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 2–5 years of proven sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Salary

N120,000 – N150,000 per month
