First Excelsia is seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support by responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Process customer requests and provide accurate information about logistics services
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote loyalty and long-term satisfaction
• Coordinate with operations and internal departments to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Monitor customer requests and follow up to ensure complete resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and service requests
• Prepare regular customer service reports and escalate recurring issues where necessary
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and customer service procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and recommend process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or service industry
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with proactive approach to handling concerns
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure
