About the role
Customer Care Specialist
A full-time remote customer care role supporting veterinary or healthcare clients. You'll handle phone and virtual customer interactions while maintaining excellent communication standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone and web-based platforms
- Assist customers in virtual environments during scheduled shifts
- Deliver professional communication (spoken and written)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience
- At least 1+ year of experience in veterinary or healthcare
- 6+ months of professional experience with computer and web-based tools
- Ability to work 9:30am – 6pm ET, Monday – Friday
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Membership on Remote Platform required to apply
Salary
$18 per hour
