About the role

Customer Care Specialist

A full-time remote customer care role supporting veterinary or healthcare clients. You'll handle phone and virtual customer interactions while maintaining excellent communication standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone and web-based platforms
  • Assist customers in virtual environments during scheduled shifts
  • Deliver professional communication (spoken and written)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience
  • At least 1+ year of experience in veterinary or healthcare
  • 6+ months of professional experience with computer and web-based tools
  • Ability to work 9:30am – 6pm ET, Monday – Friday
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Membership on Remote Platform required to apply

Salary

$18 per hour
