Quantity Surveyor

Micdee Designs Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Lagos. This is a mid-level role requiring expertise in cost estimation, project measurement, and quantity take-off for architectural, interior fit-out, and commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and bills of quantities for architectural and interior fit-out projects
• Conduct quantity take-offs using specialized software
• Support workspace, office design, and commercial/residential construction projects
• Manage furniture, joinery, and office fit-out costing

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 4–7 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in architectural projects, interior fit-out, workspace design, and commercial/residential construction
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, CostX, Planswift, Bluebeam Revu
• Basic understanding of Revit and experience with ERP/procurement software
• Professional certification (RQS, NIQS membership, QSRBN registration) is an advantage
