About the role

Customer Support / Account Services Officer

HelloMe Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Support / Account Services Officer to join its cross-border FinTech team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling onboarding, account activation, transaction inquiries, KYC support, and compliance checks across digital payment, remittance, virtual account, and wallet platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through onboarding, account activation, registration, and KYC verification
  • Deliver exceptional support via phone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Handle transaction inquiries, payment confirmations, receipt requests, and dispute resolution
  • Support cross-border transfers, wallet funding, withdrawals, and remittance services
  • Conduct preliminary compliance checks and escalate suspicious activities
  • Gather customer feedback and identify service improvement opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, complaints, and resolutions
  • Prepare reports on customer service performance and SLA tracking
  • Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Product, Technology, and Finance teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing, Mass Communication, Customer Service Management, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Support, Account Services, Customer Success, Banking Operations, Digital Banking, Remittance Services, or FinTech
  • Good understanding of banking operations, payment systems, remittance services, and digital financial products
  • Knowledge of KYC, AML, and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and customer support software
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
  • Experience in cross-border payments, digital wallets, or financial services is desirable
  • Prior KYC verification, customer onboarding, and transaction support experience is advantageous
