Responsibilities

• Manage and grow online sales channels (website, social media, e-commerce platforms)
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase online revenue
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure excellent customer service
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost sales
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to optimize results
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in online sales, digital marketing, or e-commerce
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
