About the role
Sales Manager – Aramex Delivery Services Limited
Lead a dynamic sales team and drive revenue growth across designated territories at Aramex. You will develop sales strategies, build client relationships, and exceed sales targets while managing team performance and fostering business development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the assigned sales team, providing coaching and motivation to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans aligned with broader commercial strategy
- Establish clear sales objectives, quotas, and sales plans for the team
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Oversee development of sales materials and presentations for specific customer segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new key clients across designated industry verticals
- Manage and grow existing client relationships through effective account management and cross-selling
- Monitor sales team performance against KPIs and identify improvement areas
- Implement initiatives to enhance sales conversion rates and optimize team efficiency
- Support talent development and training of the sales team
- Report sales performance metrics to the Commercial Manager
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or any other field
- At least 7 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- CRM proficiency (preferred)
