Eden Solutions & Resources Ltd is seeking an experienced Salon Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of a professional barbering salon in Abuja. You will ensure smooth workflow, maintain high service standards, and deliver an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily salon operations and coordinate staff activities
• Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service quality standards
• Manage barber schedules, inventory, and client bookings
• Support sales growth and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in salon management, hospitality, retail operations, or a related field
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage teams and maintain high service standards

Salary

₦200,000 – ₦350,000 Monthly
