Lead People Business Partner/HR – Remote (Nigeria)
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead workforce planning, organizational development, and people strategy initiatives. This is a strategic role supporting senior leadership and driving measurable business results through effective people management.
Responsibilities
- Lead workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
- Partner with senior leaders to drive people strategy aligned with business goals
- Analyze HR metrics to improve performance and engagement
- Coach managers on performance management and employee development
- Support change management and company-wide HR programs
Requirements
- 5–7 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in an HR Business Partner or advisory role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations
- Experience supporting multiple business units
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in fintech, banking, or digital organizations (advantageous)
